Return Policy

Return Policy:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
  • ALL RETURNS are refunded via STORE CREDIT in the form of an E-Gift Card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

We do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return. 

RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WHEN:

  • Items are in their original condition.
  • Items are in their original packaging. 
  • Garments are unworn, unwashed and unstained.

WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS FOR THE FOLLOWING:

  • Products received without authorization.
  • Products purchased during a promotional sale period (sale prices) or on markdown/final sale.
  • Underwear, lingerie, or swimwear bottoms (including one-pieces and sets).
  • Garments that have inbuilt underwear sewn into them.
  • Products received in a condition other than their original condition.
  • Products without their tags attached.
  • Products that appear worn, smell of perfume, smoke, deodorant or body odor.
  • Products that are marked or damaged in any way, that includes fake tan, deodorant and makeup.
  • Products that have animal hair

Our returns department has the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the original condition. In this instance, the returned item WILL NOT be sent back to the consumer.

Exchanges

While we do not do direct exchanges you can email us and return your item (with the inspection of the item to be approved), and then use the E-Gift Card (store credit) to buy a new item(s) in a new size and or color. 

What is a E-Gift Card?

This is an online voucher that will be sent to you for the amount (minus shipping and/or discount amount) of your returned item(s). You can use this E-Gift Card on all items at checkout and you do not have to use the total amount at once. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@larubiboutique.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the case of a missing item, we will either send you the item within 1-3 business days once we have been notified or if the item is unavailable, we will send you a full refund which will be deposited back to you within (3-10 business days).
